No, but it helps. When we design and build the project, there's no handoff between designer and contractor — we can also work from a design you already have.
Can I see what the space will look like before committing?+
Yes. We provide 3D visualisations and material boards as part of the design phase, so you can see and adjust the look before any construction starts.
Do you source the furniture and furnishings too?+
Yes, sourcing and procurement of furniture, fixtures and decor can be included, or we can hand off a shopping list if you'd rather source it yourself.
How is interior design priced?+
As a fixed design fee agreed upfront, scoped to the rooms and level of detail you want — separate from any construction costs, which are quoted independently.
